Gateway 7.5 — Exit documentation

Requirement

As part of your End Point Assessment Gateway, you must submit either:

• Combined exit document, or
• Exit Review + Gateway Checklist + Apprenticeship Declaration form

Your SC/DLC will advise when you reach this point and which option applies.
